Verified Smooth, safe, and informative trip with warm, caring guides
Touring with DIP through Peru for a week was a wonderful and memorable experience. Abraham was our guide for Machu Picchu, Cusco, Ollantaytambo, Lake Humantay, and Rainbow Mountain. He took care of the details like purchasing tickets in advance, to make for a smooth experience. I really appreciated his attentive care about our safety, telling us to "take our time" during strenuous hikes, and lending his hand for assistance when my achy knees flared up. Not only was he thorough in sharing history, he made great restaurant recommendations. The places that we visited on his advice were so good. Oh, and he takes excellent pictures! Our van driver, "Gato", also took very good care of us with the many winding trips up and down the mountains. And Miguel, our guide in Lima, knows his home city very well, and took us to highlights in both the historic and more modern parts of the city. I highly recommend using Discover Inca Planet for a great tour with wonderful staff and attentive service.

Verified Abraham is the best tour guide, which is why we keep booking him!
I've booked Abraham for tours in Peru TWICE!!! He's just that good. We first booked a tour in June 2023 during the Festival Señor de Choquekillka in Ollantaytambo (the festivities are so nice, I highly recommend visiting during this time!). It was a multi-sport tour to Moray, the salt flats, Machu Picchu, Huayna Picchu and the Sun Gate. During this tour we biked down the continental divide and hiked 10k to Aquas Calientes, rode horses to the Sun Gate and had a wonderful time. We just returned from a more 'leisurely' tour (LOL!!! As a flat lander, nothing is easy in that altitude). We visited Machu Picchu, Moray, the salt flats, rainbow mountain, Pisac as well as tours of Cusco and Lima. Abraham is very good at explaining the history of the Inkas and why things happened as they did. His recommendations for things to see and restaurants to visit after the day's tours were spot on. Abraham is kind and easy to get along with. He'll do almost anything to ensure you have a good tour and your needs are accommodated.

 Verified Abraham is fantastic!
Abraham was phenomenal! He arranged a private tour for my friends and I for a milestone birthday trip. We saw the Sacred Valley, Ollantaytambo, Machu Picchu, Cusco and Lima. He took great care of us and made sure the trip was everything that we wanted as well as that everyone stayed safe and didn't have any effects from the altitude. His great attitude and personality as well as his deep knowledge of the region and the Incas was the icing on the cake. I would recommend anyone and everyone book with him.

 Verified Noé saved the day
We got Noé as our local guide for our tour at Machu Picchu, he was great and made the tour we booked (trough another agency) a lot better! You can tell he loves to interact, share his knowledge and tell a good joke. He took the time for our group and showed us different places for the best vieuws. We also went on a little more private city tour with Noé. He took us to City Sacsayhuaman, Q'enqo, Tambomachay and Puka pukara. And dont forget a visite to an alpaca/lama farm. Overall a great experience with a even greater guide. Thank you Noé for everything!
